Yuntinic Resources GmbH (“YRG”) is a company incorporated under the laws of Germany and a wholly owned subsidiary of Yunnan Tin Co., Ltd. (“YTCL”).

YRG is committed to conducting its business in a responsible and ethical manner and recognizes the importance of respecting human rights, environmental protection, and responsible supply chain management.

YRG supports the principles set out in the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas and seeks to implement risk-based due diligence measures appropriate to its business activities and supply chain.

YRG seeks to comply with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements relating to responsible mineral sourcing, including, where applicable, Regulation (EU) 2017/821 and other relevant European Union legislation. YRG engages with its suppliers and business partners to promote transparency, traceability, and responsible business conduct throughout the supply chain.

YRG is committed to the continuous improvement of its responsible sourcing practices and to maintaining constructive engagement with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
