REACH
REACH aims to improve the protection of human health and the environment through the better and earlier identification of the intrinsic properties of chemical substances. This is done by the four processes of REACH, namely the registration, evaluation, authorisation and restriction of chemicals. REACH also aims to enhance innovation and competitiveness of the EU chemicals industry.
the REACH Regulation places responsibility on industry to manage the risks from chemicals and to provide safety information on the substances. Manufacturers and importers are required to gather information on the properties of their chemical substances, which will allow their safe handling, and to register the information in a central database in the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) in Helsinki.
REACH requires all companies manufacturing or placing a substance on the EU market in quantities greater than 1t/year to register that substance with the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA). For legal reasons, only companies with a legal entity in Europe are allowed to submit a registration under REACH.
As full owned Subsidiary of Yunnan Tin Group in Europe, Yuntinic Resources GmbH is responsible for REACH Registration on behalf of Yunnan Tin Group for Tin metals and Tin chemicals, which were imported by Yuntinic Resources GmbH not only from Yunnan Tin Group, but also from other Non -EU supplier. According to RAECH regulation we are able to provide REACH compliance for our customers/downstream users in European market.
