Yuntinic resources GmbH is a wholly owned subsidiary of Yunnan Tin Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as YTCL). As a member of the International Tin Association, YTCL has a strict management system and excellent corporate culture and has a good social image and corporate reputation. YTCL strictly follows the requirements of the Code of Conduct of the International Tin Association and OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals. As a wholly owned subsidiary of YTCL, YRG fully recognizes, shares and follows the same value and culture of YTCL. YRG respects human rights and is committing to fulfill social responsibilities, implement responsible procurement, promote the sustainable development of the tin industry, and strives to contribute to the maintenance of social stability and regional prosperity.

YRG promises and earnestly fulfills the requirements of EU Conflict Minerals Regulation 2017/821 to ensure the company’s operations, activities and the products provided by the company comply with the guidelines of OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals and with the regulatory requirements of the European Regulation.
